Nesting Bird Earrings in Sterling Silver with Noreena Jasper

The beautiful patterning and colors of the mirror-image matched pair of Noreena Jasper stones was the inspiration for the sweet nesting bird design.

The birds are hand saw-cut from a sheet of solid sterling silver. All the pieces and parts of this design are also solid sterling silver. I started with sheet and wire and hand-fabricated the ear wires, bezel cup for the stones, and all the design elements, including adding a pretty botanical pattern to the back of the stone area.

It measures 2 1/4" from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the dangle.
The width of the dangle is 7/8".
