- Payment is accepted via PayPal.
- No account? Press the "Checkout with PayPal" button then choose the "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" option that appears under the PayPal login form.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

- All items ship in a gift box.
- One Flat rate shipping charge per any size order. Orders ship via USPS.
- All items ship 'same day' or 'next business day'.
- Cancellation requests must be received within two hours of the order.
- At the time of shipment, you will receive a delivery confirmation/tracking number.
The shipping time frame is an ESTIMATE. Once your package is with USPS, please understand I have no control over the shipping time frame.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING:
- First Class Parcel Shipping: $4.25 per order
- Priority Mail USA Shipping: $9.30 per order.
- Florida residents are taxed on all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Canada:
- First Class International shipping: $18.50 USD per order.
- Priority Mail International shipping: $47.00 USD per order.

- Shipping prices are also shown in the checkout process.
- I will send you the USA customs form number at the time of shipment.

~~ By law, the full cash value of your purchase will appear on the customs form.
~~ Prices do NOT include VAT. If VAT is applicable, it is the buyer's responsibility.
~~ Your customs department may charge import fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties on your imported items at delivery time. These fees are not in my control; please understand the buyer is solely responsible for these payments.
~~ Your country's customs department may also hold or open your package as they see fit.
~~ It can take 4 to 6 weeks for you to receive your package. Please understand I have no control over this time frame.

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING:

- Contact me ASAP and we will work together on a resolution.
- Please photograph the item and the packaging. Send me the photos via email: LindaSmith at MosaicSmith dot com. Please reference your purchase item and date.
- Keep all packaging while we are working on a resolution.
- Depending on the item, an insurance claim may require the packaging and photos.
- Return shipping costs are paid after receiving photos of the item and of the packaging.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

- Custom orders are accepted on select jewelry items, if materials are in stock.
- Personalization in the form of stamped writing/numbers is not currently available.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

- All jewelry items are shipped in a box suitable for gift giving.
- Gift wrapping, and, if desired, a short note to the recipient, is available at no extra charge- just add your request to the 'Note to Seller' box at checkout or send me an email within two hours of your order. LindaSmith at MosaicSmith dot com

CAN YOU RESIZE THIS RING?

- Generally, I can only re-size rings to be larger by up to half a size. Not all rings can be stretched, however. Please contact to inquire prior to purchase.
- I cannot make any rings smaller. Thank you for understanding.
- Sometimes I have multiples of the pictured stone, or similar stones, and I can make the same style ring in your size. Please inquire.
