Silversmith Very Long Pink Botanical Rhodochrosite Earrings
Botanical theme silversmith made earrings featuring tone-on-tone pink, with a hint of salmon, bezel set Rhodochrosite stones, and solid sterling silver handmade chain dangles.
~~~The ear wires are 20g sterling silver to which I added a solid sterling patterned circle.
~~~The earrings measure 3 3/8" long from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the dangle and 5/8" wide.
~~~Each earring weighs approximately 6.7 grams
To make these earrings, I started with sheet sterling silver and wire. I made a bezel cup setting for the round Rhodocrosite stones and saw-cut out a window in the back of the bezel setting so these are pretty on the back too, which is especially nice if you have short hair or wear your hair up. I made the chain dangle with a unique combination of sterling wire plus embossed sterling pieces.
