Large Malachite and Copper Bohemian Earrings

Copper Sterling | Earrings
Beautiful malachite and solid copper earrings. To form the pattern, I used a rolling mill to impress the design, then hand saw-cut the overall shape. The inverted V is sterling silver wire soldered into place. I've handmade the ear wires with a patterned copper disc solder to a sterling wire, then shaped. The copper areas are sealed with a varnish for metal to protect the patina color.

Measures 1 1/8" wide and 2 1/2" from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the dangle.
