Hand Wrought Sterling Silver Flower Dangles Forged Ear Wires

Sterling | Earrings
Hand-wrought sterling silver flower dangles with forged ear wires. To make these earrings, I start by melting sterling bits into a ball, hammering the ball into a flower-shaped steel form then cutting out the flower with a saw. To complete the dangle I formed sterling wire into a diamond shape and soldered on the flower. The ear wires I hand made from sterling wire onto which I forged a leaf detail. Patina'd with highlights polished.

Measures approx 1 1/4” from top of the ear wire to the bottom of the dangle and 7/16" at the widest point of the dangle.
