Large Baroque Patterned Solid Copper Hair Clip

Gorgeous Baroque design large hair clip handcrafted from solid copper. This is a limited edition design made with pattern rolls from the old Cranston Fancy Wire Company.

The copper is about 15 gauge- thicker than the 20g used in my other large patterned hair clips. The patterned design is securely hand riveted to the clip with brass rivets- no glue to fail. The background has been patina'd and the highlights polished to bring out the design. Finished with wax. The barrette will develop an additional patina over time.

Measures 3 7/8" wide and 1” high. The hair clip itself is 80mm wide, which is a standard large ponytail size.
