Artisan metalsmith jewelry individually handcrafted by Tampa, Florida artist Linda Pieroth Smith from sterling silver, copper and glass enamel. Her current collections of rings, earrings and necklaces have bird, flower and organic themes.

Contemporary Lapis Lazuli Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings

These beautiful, unique-shaped, Lapis Lazuli cabochons were calling out for a sleek contemporary setting. I went with a circle theme to emphasize the top curve of the stones. The ear wires are an integral part of the design, as is the circle cut-out on the reverse. A pretty back is especially nice if you have short hair or wear your hair in an 'up' style.

The setting is solid fine silver and sterling silver.
From the top of the ear wires to the bottom of the dangle measures 1 7/16".
The cabochons measure approx 5/8" high and 3/8" wide.
